With more than forty years of experience in the material handling industry, Atlantic Lift puts its knowledge and expertise to hard work for its customers crafting solutions to meet their unique needs. Whether the challenge calls for forklifts, batteries, racking, or loading dock equipment, Atlantic Lift studies the operational demands, application of equipment and budget constraints to develop effective, efficient and cost effective solutions. Core Responsibilities

We believe that our first responsibility is to our customers. We must offer the highest quality of products and services. We must constantly strive to help them reduce their costs & increase their productivity. At the same time we must do this at a fair price. We must respond in a timely manner. We must provide a solution when others can not. We shall be honest, equitable and honor all commitments.

Our second responsibility is to our associates. A clean, safe & orderly work place must be provided. They must have a sense of security in their job. They must be provided proper training – conferences, technical, educational and the like. Opportunity for advancement is a must – for those qualified. We must offer strong leadership. Wages must be fair and adequate and rewards possible. There must be an organized system for suggestions and complaints. They must be treated with respect in a caring environment.

Our third responsibility is to the communities in which we live. We must be a good citizen –to improve the well being of those around us. We must participate to bring civic improvement, higher education, and good government. We must look to help those who defend our freedoms through charitable organizations. We must help preserve our natural resources through conservation and environmentally friendly practices for the benefit of future generations.

Our fourth responsibility is to our vendors. We must look to create long term, equitable partnerships as we do with our customers. We must be fair, honest and just in our negotiations.

Our fifth responsibility is to the company. We must strive to make a sound profit. Reserves must be created for adverse times, processes must be improved, and bold programs developed. We must make investments into - new equipment, technology, buildings, and personnel. When this is done a fair return will be provided to the shareholders. To the best of our ability we will be disciplined, our obligations met and our goals accomplished.
